When will my order ship?
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available, as noted on the specific product page.
What is your return policy?
Due to the seasonal and personal nature of our products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
How do I ensure my mask fits correctly?
Most of our masks are one-size-fits-most adults. If a mask is slightly large, we recommend using a small piece of foam or a sponge inside the crown to achieve a better fit and alignment for the eye holes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

How should I store my latex mask?
To preserve the life of your mask, store it out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat. We recommend stuffing it with acid-free paper to help maintain its original shape.
