This Mayor Grody figure was previously developed with by Varner Studios to be a part of the original '90s Toxic Crusaders toy line! In the '90s Mayor Grody was shown as part of a second wave of figures but never was released ... until now! 

The Evil Mayor Grody comes complete with his gas mask, bandolier, B.O. Gun and Secret Glo-in-the-dark Weapon plus SLIME!
